Level: Beginner
Focus: Hamstrings and glutes
Equipment: Dumbbells, minibands

Warm up: (optional)
10 min incline walk on the treadmill.
Incline 4. Speed 2.

-Dumbbell Squat 3 sets of 12 reps

-Dumbbell Romanian deadlift 3 sets of 15

-Dumbbell banded hip thrust 3 sets of 20

-Body weight alternating reverse lunge 3 sets of 20 total

-Banded side steps 3 sets of 30 seconds
