Need a refreshing smoothie that tastes DELICIOUS? Look no further! This smoothie is simple and is bursting with yummy flavors! Mixing mango and banana keeps this smoothie sweet and tropical, while still including a powerful vegetable, kale.
Mangos are not only sweet and tasty, but they are PACKED with nutrients and fiber! They contain immune boosting nutrients, aid in digestive health, and provide protective antioxidants!  
Kale is one of the most nutrient-dense foods on earth. It is rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Studies have shown it to be heart protective and have anti-inflammatory, anti-viral, anti-depressant and anti-cancer effects.
Even if you haven't been a huge fan of kale in the past, try throwing a handful in your smoothie and see how you like it. When you start making green smoothies start with more fruit, less greens. Each time you make it, adjust the ratio just a little increasing the amount of greens and decreasing the amount of fruit. Letting your palate slowly become accustomed to more and more greens, instead of jumping right in will likely increase your enjoyment of the final green smoothie.


  • 1 Blender


  • 1 handful fresh baby kale or power greens
  • 1/2-1 fresh or frozen ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger sub for 1 tsp of ginger powder!
  • 1 cup plant based milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp flax seed


  • Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!
