A great opportunity for your child to learn about health while being active! Kids will perform FUN exercises that will focus on strength, movement patterns, and safe techniques. Our little athletes will learn to persevere while encouraging others to do the same. Each week, our trainers Hannah and Phil will host games, workouts, and teach about holistic health and nutrition.
