Gianna’s High Protein Green Machine

This high protein smoothie will not only taste yummy but it will give you a large dose of both protein and veggies! Start your morning with this smoothie to get your day started on the right note!
Prep Time 5 minutes
Servings 1 Glass


  • Blender


  • 1/2-1 Frozen Banana
  • 1 handful Kale
  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Mango
  • 1/2-1 Cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon Use at least one frozen fruit to chill your smoothie. Frozen mangos and/or bananas
  • 1/2-1 Cup Unsweetened soy milk
  • 1 tbsp Smooth Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 tbsp Raw Honey


  • Tightly pack both leafy greens and frozen fruit in a measuring cup and then toss into blender.
  • Add soy milk and blend together until all leafy chunks are gone.
  • Add Greek yogurt, spices, peanut butter, and honey and blend until smooth
  • Pour into a mason jar (or cute cup of your choice).

    Did this recipe change? I tried the first one and loved it – perfect mix of greens and fruits. I’ll have to try Gianna’s also.
