Gianna’s High Protein Green Machine
- 1/2-1 Frozen Banana
- 1 handful Kale
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Mango
- 1/2-1 Cup Plain Greek yogurt
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon Use at least one frozen fruit to chill your smoothie. Frozen mangos and/or bananas
- 1/2-1 Cup Unsweetened soy milk
- 1 tbsp Smooth Natural Peanut Butter
- 1/2 tbsp Raw Honey
