Wondering where to go to find healthier recipes? Here are a few of my favorite websites that have consistently great food. They range from whole food to vegetarian to vegan but they all emphasize having a diet rich in plants!
You can learn to modify a lot of recipes based on where you fall on the food spectrum. I have several recipes that call for eggs and I frequently substitute a “vegan egg.” Other recipes call for a chicken and I tend to add more of the protein filled veggie or add a can of white beans or chick peas.
